I’m Nafis Sadique Shatil (born December 1, 1993, in Jashore, Khulna, Bangladesh) a writer, Author and blogger who believes that words can unsettle power, illuminate truth, and spark change. For over eight years, I’ve been writing in various blogs, online platforms, and newspapers, fearlessly speaking out against fundamentalism, religious prejudice, and injustice wherever they exist.
This blog is my personal space—a journal of thoughts, stories, critiques, and reflections. Here, I write about everything that stirs my mind and conscience: from philosophy and logic to science, satire, politics, and the fallacies that shape public discourse. My aim isn’t to preach but to provoke thought, challenge assumptions, and encourage deeper questioning.
I’m also the founder of minoritywatch.org , a global human rights and research platform focused on defending the rights of marginalized communities. While MinorityWatch is dedicated to serious investigative reporting, this blog allows me the freedom to be personal, creative, and unapologetically honest.
Over the years, I’ve learned that truth is often inconvenient, and asking the right questions can be dangerous—but necessary. Whether I’m writing a story, a critique, or a satirical piece, I try to hold on to one core principle: to think freely and write fearlessly.
If you believe in the power of words, in uncomfortable truths, and in the value of reason—you’ll feel right at home here.
